About the role
EB-3 employment-based sponsorship with green card petition filed by the employer, state CNA certification support and relocation assistance to Texas.
Contract: Permanent, full-time. Experience required: 2 years of care experience.
Requirements
- Two years of documented caregiving or nursing assistant experience
- Eligibility to obtain Texas CNA certification (training supported)
- IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 79
- Clean background check and drug screening
- Commitment to remain with the sponsor through the green card process
What you will do
- Activities of daily living support for skilled nursing residents
- Vital signs, intake and output documentation
- Assisting nurses with treatments and rehabilitation exercises
- Following infection control and fall prevention protocols
- Responding to call lights promptly and compassionately
