About the role
Employer-sponsored aged care roles under the Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement, with a Certificate III in Individual Support funded during your first year.
Contract: Permanent, full-time. Experience required: 12 months aged care experience preferred.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support or a qualification assessed as equivalent
- IELTS 6.0 overall (or PTE Academic 50)
- National police clearance and NDIS worker screening
- Current first aid and CPR certificate (can be obtained on arrival)
- Right to complete a 4-year sponsored visa commitment
What you will do
- Delivering personal care in line with each resident's care plan
- Supporting mobility, hoist transfers and pressure area care
- Reporting incidents through the quality and safety system
- Encouraging social participation and lifestyle activities
- Working alongside the RN on medication rounds
