About the role
Sponsored § 16d / § 18a skilled worker route with a funded German language course, recognition (Anerkennung) support and a guaranteed contract on arrival.
Contract: Permanent, full-time. Experience required: 6+ months care experience or a recognised care qualification.
Requirements
- German language at B1 before visa filing — course paid for by the employer
- Care qualification or six months of documented care experience
- Willingness to complete the Anerkennung recognition process in Bavaria
- Police clearance certificate and health screening
- Commitment to a minimum 24-month contract
What you will do
- Basic nursing care (Grundpflege) under the supervision of a Pflegefachkraft
- Mobility support, positioning and fall prevention
- Documenting care in the German digital care system
- Supporting mealtimes and nutrition monitoring
- Accompanying residents to activities and appointments
