Our mission
Ageing populations need skilled, compassionate hands, and thousands of trained caregivers are ready to provide them. Our mission is to make that match fair: transparent salaries, honest contracts and a route to residency that does not depend on debt or luck.
We follow the WHO Global Code of Practice on the international recruitment of health personnel. Employers pay our fees. Candidates never do.

How visa sponsorship works

Employer secures the sponsorship
Only employers holding a valid sponsor licence can hire from abroad. We match you exclusively with licensed sponsors and confirm the role meets the salary and skill thresholds of the destination country.

You receive a job offer & certificate
After interviews, the employer issues a written offer and the sponsorship document (a certificate of sponsorship, work permit approval or equivalent, depending on the country).

Documents, credentials & language
We guide you through police clearance, medical checks, credential recognition and the required language test so your file is complete before submission.
- 04
Visa application & decision
You apply with the sponsorship document, biometrics and supporting evidence. Typical decisions take three to eight weeks depending on the destination.
- 05
Travel, arrival & settling in
Flights, first accommodation and registration are arranged with the employer. We stay in contact through your first months on the job.
