Senior Living Santa Monica Care was founded in 2018 by three former hospital directors who watched too many good caregivers get exploited by opaque middlemen. We built the agency we wished existed — licensed, transparent, and squarely on the applicant's side.

Every year, thousands of healthcare workers pay life-changing sums to unlicensed brokers, only to arrive at conditions that don't match what they were promised. Senior Living Santa Monica Care exists to make that impossible. We charge applicants nothing. Our employer contracts include enforceable minimums on wages, working hours, and accommodation. And we stay in contact for the full first year — because a placement isn't successful until the caregiver says so.
If any Senior Living Santa Monica Care-placed candidate ever feels their contract has been breached, we investigate within 48 hours and, where necessary, help them switch employer at no cost.
