About the role
A highly competitive municipal contract with authorisation support from Helsedirektoratet, funded Norwegian training and excellent shift allowances.
Contract: Permanent, full-time. Experience required: 2 years of care experience.
Requirements
- Care or nursing qualification eligible for Norwegian authorisation
- Norwegian at B2 — Bergenstest or equivalent
- Two years of documented experience
- Police certificate and tuberculosis screening
- Commitment to a 2-year minimum contract
What you will do
- Personal care and rehabilitation support for older adults
- Working within Norway's welfare technology systems
- Documenting care in Gerica or a similar journal system
- Night and weekend rotations with allowances
- Supporting independence-focused care planning
